Why don't the Medical Facilities in Gaza look after their wounded? - transport stretcher
I was a doctor during the Vietnam War. Our ambulances and field hospitals were used to transport the wounded. We were trained to people with less injuries in the first place, because we could contribute to the later seriously injured. The dead were evacuated last. This is called triage and practiced in the western world.
