Garmin Marine What Marine Gps/sonar Units Are Best?

What marine gps/sonar units are best? - garmin marine

With a view to buy a marine GPS / sonar - the replacement of a unit in black and white. I use my boat, especially in the coastal waters near San Francosco. Many of the new units look great - especially look at products from Garmin and Lowrance - Any suggestions?

Furuno Are they for durability and performance. 90% of local professionals to use, nothing else. This is limited only by your budget.

Having said all boats appear with their units from Garmin and Lowrance satisfied (especially for special rates or local or part of a package ships. Gekauft) Humminbird well from what I - just use the smaller units for the price seemed right . We know some repairs at these meetings, but due to primary failure.

Graphics and frame rate are not the subject of GPS plotter. Plan C is relatively universal, have additional, if you're lucky to live on the edge of a chart, like me, go and regularly ....

The graphics are not necessary, but without many details are not displayed. And never trust your GPS more than their Mk 1 eyeballs compass, GPS devices, such as radar is not reliable in harsh conditions and have accidents, and even worse when people come to count on them for navigation. It's just brilliant to find their way back to

Raymarine is excellent! Very easy to install and have lots of goodies "More", which can be integrated into the system .... AWI, Speedo, depth sounder, sonar, radar, AIS, VHF radio, video, LifeTag, GPS, etc. ........ Also I think they are some of the upgaded Products / Software and '09 .....

I only use the Raymarine are simply units that are used by a large solid warranty, but are a bit more expensive than many other brands, but well worthwhile. I noticed also failed, a few boards and Raymarine equipment is very easy to correct.
