You can use Internet Explorer to do this. In the address bar "ftp://the_name_of _the_site.whatever" instead of http://www ..... etc.
If you do it right, the system connects to the FTP server, and if necessary it will be (for a username and password to ask, you should already know). Then you can drag and drop files from the desktop or another folder in the browser window when you use the FTP site. Easy!
